Pushpanjali Medical Centre Hosts 33rd Insight Edition of Study Circle

Pushpanjali Medical Education & Research Centre successfully organised the 33rd Insight Edition of the Pushpanjali Study Circle, its flagship monthly Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme, recently.

The CME witnessed enthusiastic participation from consultants, physicians, and healthcare professionals, providing an excellent platform for academic exchange and evidence-based clinical discussions.

The programme began with Dr V S Chiranjeevi Chintala, who delivered an informative session on “Management of Unknown Poisoning,” highlighting practical approaches to the timely diagnosis and emergency management of poisoning cases. This was followed by an engaging Epilepsy Case Vignette presented by Dr Abhishek Aggarwal, which focused on clinical reasoning and the management of challenging neurological cases.

The cardiology session by Dr. Gaurav Minocha, “Mastering the Early Morning Surge: Utilising Telmisartan’s 24-Hour Plasma Half-Life for Consistent Blood Pressure Control,” emphasised the importance of sustained blood pressure control in reducing cardiovascular risk. The academic programme concluded with an insightful lecture by Dr Anil Motta on “Lifestyle Management in Diabetes,” followed by a panel discussion featuring Dr Gera, Dr Makkar and Dr Pankaj Chaudhary, which highlighted the critical role of nutrition, physical activity and behavioural modifications in comprehensive diabetes care.

The event was conducted under the patronage of Dr Vinay Aggarwal and Dr Prakash Garg, with coordination by Dr Maneesh Singh, Medical Director, and Dr Ajay Lekhi, Past President, DMA. The interactive discussions following each presentation reflected the commitment of Pushpanjali Medical Centre to fostering continuous medical education and promoting excellence in patient care.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and high tea, providing participants an opportunity for professional networking and collaborative learning.
