Masses avail free check-up at Double Helical Health Camp

Double Helical, a leading national health magazine, in association with SPARSH, a non-profitable, selfless, voluntary organization dedicated to the education and health of people especially children, recently organised Free Health Camp at premises of Shri Hanuman Temple located at PAC Gate number 3 in Kaushambi. Dr Girdhar Gyani, Director General, Association of Healthcare Providers (India), inaugurated the health camp organised to create health awareness among masses and benefit them with the best of medical care and attention.


Score of people availed the free health consultation and medicines provided at the camp. Dr T S Arora, Dr Maneesha Singh, Dr Karishma Tiwari, Dr Namit Varshney, Dr Sameeruddin, Dr Goldy and Dr Sachin Bhargava attended to patients who thronged the camp in large numbers.


Amresh K Tiwary, Editor-in-Chief, Double Helical said, “ Ever since its inception, Double Helical has been making a difference in the lives of the socially and economically disadvantaged groups through raising awareness as well making voluntary contributions in the areas of education, health, human rights and social services. Concurring with him, Dr Sachin Bhargav, Founder SPARSH, said, “We are proud to be associated with Double Helical in promoting awareness towards a healthier society. With volunteers drawn from different areas of society willing to provide their services for the betterment of society, SPARSH provides free medicines, food, clothes and books to needy people and plans to pool all available resources for providing optimum facilities to those whose who cannot afford.”
The camp culminated with a Bhandara (community meals) for all the participants and the public at large.
